We use United States Postal Service. They offer competitive prices and so far they are very reliable.
Items will be sent either Parcel post or Priority Mail depending on the size of the purchased items and if they can be bundled. Please read item description carefully for approximate transit time. If ordering a custom or made to order item, please keep in mind that the time to make the item is separate from transit time. To get an approximate delivery day, add both days*.
ex.: made to order napkin 14 days + transit time 5 days = 19/20 days
* DAYS refer to business days NOT including holidays.
Pinatas ships parcel post, an depending on your location, relative to South Florida, it takes 5 to 10 business days for transit/delivery. Please keep in mind that for custom orders delivery times apply to transit once your order is made and shipped. Allow the 3-4 weeks for the production of your custom orders.
Printables are delivered via email, once payment clears.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP. If you are located in Broward county, and you would like to pick up your order, you may now choose the option to do so. We are located in Pembroke Pines. All orders will be processed with the turnaround based on the item(s) description. We will contact you once the order is ready to schedule a pickup time.
RUSH SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Due to the nature of most of our products, made to order, rush shipping is applied to the custom order itself. Rush orders apply to the making of pinatas only (your event is in two weeks or less), when we are available. Please contact us prior making your purchase to make sure we are available and to confirm shipping dates and fees and to avoid delays.
RUSH OPTION is ONLY available for continental USA order.

PINATAS ARE ALWAYS SHIPPED STANDARD POST REGARDLESS OF YOUR METHOD OF SHIPPING USED. YOUR OTHER ITEMS IF EXPRESS IS CHOSEN WILL BE SHIPPED AS SUCH. WHEN IN DOUBT, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR PLACING YOUR ORDER.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
Shipping starts at $20 per order with a maximum amount based on percentage of $90.00 (larger items such as pinatas)
